The difference between a theme and a motif is that a theme runs through the entire work, while a motif could be a color or a metal or some other pattern repeated throughout a text. Use historical context and literary analysis of the text. 3000-3250 words, Garamond font 12 pt. aprox 5 pg single spaced or 10 double spaced.
