Accounting can be boring but he makes little jokes that he chuckles about. I would still take him though for a class like accounting. .he just gets kinda nervous during his lecture ...Continue reading

I can say with confidence that he is the most boring professor. He went to Yale. Only buy Wiley plus, has hw and book online, 2 midterms, 1 final replaces lowest midterm, only counts 811 homeworks, 2 projects you can work in groups. Clicker pts. Come to class, study, easy tests. Made an A for the class and I'm not strong in mathacct. ...Continue reading

Nice guy but his lectures can be really boring at times. However, he is a very nice and helpful person when you talk to him after class. Do the homeworks, get clicker points bonus/participation, and projects. If I didn't do those I would have bombed the class because of my test grades. Got an 80'on the final and B in the class. ...Continue reading

  • Class rating 2/5
He's not very good during lectures. His notes are all over the place. So if you're someone that needs some one that is very clear and organized, I wouldn't suggest him. If you don't even take notes, then his class isn't bad. Attendance isn't mandatory, but he does give points for it so I would recommend it. Online homework every week and 3 exams. ...Continue reading

He's really a boring lecturer, wish he wasn't so monotone. If you ask for help from him, he answers it but makes you feel stupid about asking in the first place. I would skip class all the time if the clickers weren't necessary. ...Continue reading

Hard tests. Ask's for specifics although the test are multiple choice and homework is online but its easy since she goes over most of it in class. Clicker Questions too. ...Continue reading

She's awesome!! I wish all my teachers were like her, I would get A's in every class! She teaches well and you actually learn. Just go to class, do the work, and bam you get an A, take her! ...Continue reading

Take notes and study them, you'll be set. She has a lot of extra credit available for you on the tests and quizzes. There are two tests and three quizzes, one group paper, and 8 volunteer hours. She doesn't believe in final exams. The group paper is basically a 2-3 page paper written by 4-5 students. Volunteer hours are easy to get! ...Continue reading

He's a good teacher, but you FIRST have to get use to his accent. He works problems before the quizzes which is very helpful. You should be able to get all 100's on those quizzes(easy). Also, there are 2 case projects which should be easy too and the quizzes and projects all account for a test grade which can really help. Oh yea HUGE CURVE!!!!!!!!!! ...Continue reading

Its a hybrid class. He's a very nice and helpful guy. Not a bad grader. Lots of tests but if you study the reviews from the end of chapters of the book, YOU WILL GET AN A. Its an exact replica. Great guy. ...Continue reading

Dr. Rimer is fair grader. His exam questions are mostly from his lectures. Nothing unexpected. Always available, and very respectful with the students. He is clear and tells you what he expects you to know. Very Good. Be prepared to work hard in the class. Dr. Rimer is fair, but his lectures are pretty dry and revolve around going through examples from the book which aren't nearly as difficult as problems you find in the homework. ...Continue reading
