    There are 4 tests: 2 multiple choice and 2 essay. Sometimes I would read stories the day before the tests and still did fine in the class. It's an easy class that requires little effort. Just read for HW and during lecture she goes over PowerPoint slides while you take notes (or she puts them on TRACS). Super chill class, take it!!!! Do your readings, and if you don't she usually discusses everything before a response paper. Tests aren't difficult and reading is the only HW, and most of the time they aren't bad. Highly recommend taking this class, it's not hard to make an A or B. She posts slides online after each class!! ...Continue reading

    Look, here's the thing. All of the people complaining about McCrory here are being ridiculous. Of course you need to read and use the textbook--it's an English class! You've got to be kidding me thinking you can not read and not come to class but still pass. What high school did you go to that you think that could or should happen? Grow up! ...Continue reading
