All of Ortega's reviews are either straight 5's or all 1's. About 4 exams, not including the final. Mostly all of what is on the exams is from in-class lecture. You need to pay attention and take notes. The hardest part of the class is taking time from being interested to just take the notes. Class is always very interesting. He's and inspirational guy and knows how to motivate. It is a very easy A- but you need to do work. Class is optional BUT mandatory for your grade. Write down what he says. You need to prepare yourself for the YouTube video project- it will make or break your grade. He is a great teacher and I find him really inspirational. ...Continue reading

Participation matters. His lectures are entertaining and he knows his stuff. It is nice to take an entrepreneurship class from an actual entrepreneur. I met with him both after class and in his office. He was not rude and was very helpful. In class, he was respectful to students. Take the class! ...Continue reading

Good Prof, no tests, books required. The only thing I didnt like was her due dates, they are weird and sporadic which made it difficult as an online class. For example, there were due dates of Monday and Wednesday one week then the next it would be Tuesday and Friday. No rhythm to the due dates just confusion. ...Continue reading

Professor Church is very enthusiastic with his teaching! You HAVE to do the assigned reading for the in class pop quizzes. Make sure to attend class because he counts off points for every absense. Lots of extra credit opportunities. I would take his class again. Being present is key to success in his class. ...Continue reading

A very fair grader. Be ready for a really long lecture (3 hours). Lecture can be a little boring and his voice make me sleepy but I have to admit he's really knowledgeable and know what he's doing. He will assign some chapters to read but textbook is not necessary. Powerpoint slide on class? Not really. He just speaks. No extra credits. ...Continue reading

He is asking for too much! and also is very rude to students. I would not recommend him at all! it seemed like he was teaching himself as he was trying to explain to us the students. NOPE NOPE! ...Continue reading

I am a better student thank to him. thank you Professor ...Continue reading
