Dr. Kim's COMD-220 class was a great introductory course to Speech-Language Pathology. If you do well on all the quizzes you will do well on the exams therefore, you will do very well in the class overall. READ THE BOOK!! He was helpful about getting involved with research and responds to emails promptly! Posts all narrated PP lectures online too! ...Continue reading

Dr. Kim is a great teacher and he knows what he is talking about, it is just a little hard to understand him. There are only 3 tests and a couple short assignments you have to do. His tests are fairly easy, takes everything from the study guide and puts it on the test. But his lectures are boring but overall the class is really easy. He does attendance quizzes or some sort of participation in class almost every day, so make sure you go to class even though attendance isn't necessarily mandatory. Make sure you read powerpoints and your book, it will help you understand. ...Continue reading

He is a good person outside of class, but in class his lectures are so dry and long. He does not know how to teach and most likely is only a professor because he has a PhD and can't do anything else with it. I have to take this class again because of him and pray to God there is another professor that teaches it. You only need the textbook because he doesn't teach you anything ...Continue reading

He is the worst professor I have ever had in college. He is kind of hard to understand when he talks. He never moves from behind the desk, and he doesn't know how to interact with students inside the class. I would not recommend taking this class, but sadly he's the only one teaching it. ...Continue reading
