What is scott and jaffe’s transition curve?



Fundamentals of individual values:

∙ No definition has been agreed upon

∙ Impacts (among other things)

o How an individual interprets info

o Perception

∙ People must reach an understanding of each other’s value systems in  order to reach a mutual understanding of context

Values in the decision Process:

∙ Peoples values are an integral part of a person’s behavior ∙ It’s important to understand a person’s values early in the decision making process because that’s when they form the foundation of the  folks perspective  

∙ The decision process should be developed to a point where it enhances the use of personal values and mediate conflict
