CREAMY CHICKEN PENNE 1 teaspoon salt Servings: 4 1 teaspoon pepper 1 28­ounce can crushed tomatoes INGREDIENTS ½ cup vodka 4 slices bacon ½ teaspoon red chili flakes 2 chicken breasts, sliced ½ cup heavy cream Salt & pepper to taste 4 cups cooked penne 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning Parsley and parmesan to garnish 1 teaspoon paprika 2 cloves garlic, minced PREPARATION 2 cups spinach 1. Heat oil in a large pot over high heat. 4 small tomatoes, diced 2. Cook onion until translucent. 1 ½ cups cream 3. Add beef, salt, and pepper, cooking until all the  1 cup shredded parmesan moisture has evaporated and the beef is browned. ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes 4. Add crushed tomatoes, vodka, and chili flakes, stirring 10 ounces penne, cooked al dente and cooking until half of the liquid has evaporated and  the sauce has reduced. PREPARATION 5. Add cream, stirring until evenly incorporated. 1. In a deep skillet, fry the bacon until crispy.  Remove to 6. Stir in pasta until evenly coated. a paper towel to drain, and chop. 7. Serve with parsley and parmesan 2. In the same skillet, cook the chicken with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika. 3. Add garlic and cook until soft. 4. Add spinach and tomatoes, and cook until spinach is  Spinach Artichoke Penne wilted. Servings: 3­4 5. Add the cream and parmesan, and bring to a boil.  6. Add the penne and bacon, and stir until fully coated in  INGREDIENTS sauce.  Serve with fresh parsley, parmesan, and red  2 tablespoons olive oil pepper flakes if desired. 5 ounces spinach 7. Enjoy! 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained 16 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 tablespoon garlic powder Garlic Chicken Primavera 1 teaspoon salt Servings: 3­4 1 teaspoon pepper 2 cups milk 4 cups cooked penne INGREDIENTS 2 tablespoons olive oil PREPARATION 3 cloves garlic, chopped 1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced 2. Add spinach, cooking until wilted, then add artichoke  2 cups asparagus, chopped hearts, cooking for one minute. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 3. Next, melt in cream cheese, stirring until there are no  1 cup carrots, sliced lumps 1 teaspoon pepper 4. Sprinkle in garlic powder, salt, pepper, and milk,  1 teaspoon salt stirring until smooth. 4 cups cooked penne 5. Add pasta and mix until pasta is evenly coated. 1 cup parmesan 6. Serve! PREPARATION 1. Heat oil in a large pot over high heat.  Cajun Chicken Alfredo 2. Cook garlic and chicken until no pink is showing. Servings: 3­4 3. Add asparagus, tomatoes, carrots, salt, and pepper,  cooking for about 2 minutes. INGREDIENTS 4. Add pasta and parmesan, stirring until cheese is  3 tablespoons olive oil melted and evenly distributed. 3 cloves garlic, chopped 5. Serve! 1 cup cooked sausage, sliced 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning Penne Alla Vodka 2 cups heavy cream Servings: 3­4 4 cups cooked penne 1 cup parmesan INGREDIENTS ¼ cup parsley 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 onion, chopped PREPARATION 1 pound ground beef 1. Heat oil in a large pot over high heat 2. Cook the garlic, sausage, and chicken until garlic is  5. Add the pasta, stirring until evenly mixed. starting to brown and the chicken is no longer pink.  6. To finish, add parmesan and parsley, stirring until  3. Sprinkle over the cajun seasoning and stir to evenly  cheese melts and pasta is coated with a thick sauce. coat the sausage and chicken.  7. Serve! 4. Add the cream, and bring to a boil.
