CREAMY CHICKEN PENNE 1 teaspoon salt Servings: 4 1 teaspoon pepper 1 28ounce can crushed tomatoes INGREDIENTS ½ cup vodka 4 slices bacon ½ teaspoon red chili flakes 2 chicken breasts, sliced ½ cup heavy cream Salt & pepper to taste 4 cups cooked penne 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning Parsley and parmesan to garnish 1 teaspoon paprika 2 cloves garlic, minced PREPARATION 2 cups spinach 1. Heat oil in a large pot over high heat. 4 small tomatoes, diced 2. Cook onion until translucent. 1 ½ cups cream 3. Add beef, salt, and pepper, cooking until all the 1 cup shredded parmesan moisture has evaporated and the beef is browned. ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes 4. Add crushed tomatoes, vodka, and chili flakes, stirring 10 ounces penne, cooked al dente and cooking until half of the liquid has evaporated and the sauce has reduced. PREPARATION 5. Add cream, stirring until evenly incorporated. 1. In a deep skillet, fry the bacon until crispy. Remove to 6. Stir in pasta until evenly coated. a paper towel to drain, and chop. 7.
