The test scheduled for September 21 and 22 over at ETSU Testing Center. You have 75 min to  take the test in one sitting. There are 42 questions (30 MC and 12 long answer). You can take a pen/pencil and a non­programmable calculator to the center. Ask for a copy of the Periodic Table and a piece of scratch paper. You turn them in before you  leave the center. It covers Chapters 0­2 and everything we went over these three chapters. Make sure you go over  the WileyPlus questions. Memorize SI Unit conversion. No equations will be provided. The following list is a good starting point to prepare for the test: ­significant figures; scientific notation (Ch. 1) ­correlation between mass and weight (Ch. 1) ­SI unit conversion (Ch. 1) go from kilo to pico ­conversion factors (Ch. 1) ­scientific method (Ch. 1) ­density calculations; volume of a cube or a sphere… (Ch.1) ­chemical vs physical changes (properties) (Ch.1) ­number of protons, electrons, and neutrons in elements and ions (Ch. 0) ­isotopes and average mass calculation (Ch.0) ­classification of elements (Ch. 2) ­pure, homogeneous, and heterogeneous mixtures (Ch. 1) ­complete and balance chemical reactions (Ch. 2) ­chemical formulas and naming compounds (Ch. 2)
