Name: Chapter 4-Prior Restraint
Description: There was a lot in this chapter, but we have not finished it all in class yet. The main thing is to know that the courts do not like prior restraint. It is basically the last resort. There are a few more tests to know here, especially the Nebraska Press Association. The burden is on the government to prove the restraint constitutional.
