Almost everything in life involving agencies organizations or governments have one or more financial managers Financial mangers these financials oversee preparations of financial directions reports cash ow and strategies to help the business or organization All of these tasks are handled and controlled While at the same time they prepare and implement long terms goals for their organizations Different organizations vary With specific titles and job duties for financial managers but they are stringent and important in everything they do for the organizations These financial managers play an increasingly important role in mergers and consolidations for meeting goals and expanding services and financial abilities These managers are hired to increase everything in the businesses The roles of financial managers especially in businesses are changing everything to more technological advances and the amount of time it is taking to make financial reports to calculating numbers has become so much easier and less time to do them There are many duties that financial managers vary from some of Which include controllers treasurers or finance officer Controllers are the direct preparation for financial reports usually the income statements future earnings expenses or balances sheets These individuals summarize and forecast organizations for the financial positions They most likely see the accounts audits andor the budgets for the company Treasures are the ones that oversee the budgets and make sure the companies are meeting their financial goals They control funds and cash ow through the business While at the same time controlling expansion or increases in the business An internal auditor is extremely important to companies because they are the individuals that test their own company to ensure their goals are being met and controlled like intended They ensure the organization follows the business plan and that the company is pertaining to laws and proper billing and collections to ensure that the company is safe from fraud It is always their job to consult With the higher members of the company to suggest different improvements for the company and to fix current problems or suggest solutions
