Three Day Activity Analysis 1 Running head THREE DAY ACTIVITY ANALYSIS Three Day Activity Analysis Student Name College Name Three Day Activity Analysis I can think of a lot of things that I can do to increase the amount energy that I expend throughout my everyday life The first thing that I can do is to make sure that I walk to all the places that I have get to providing that time will allow for instance when I get to work I would take the stairs instead of the elevators The second thing that I could do is while I am sitting at my desk do some isometric exercises and take the long way around in doing things while I am walking so as to walk more in my daily life The types of exercises that work best for me are the lowimpact type exercises such as walking instead of jogging deep knee bends instead of jumping jacks and cycling instead of running Due to bad knees I can only indulge in activities that will not further aggravate my previous injuries The three above mentioned exercises can be done in the warmer months as well as the cooler ones The worst whether we deal with is during monsoon season and since this only lasts for a month or so all the exercises mentioned can be performed all year During the wither months it does get below freezing but due to the lack of snow or rain walking or cycling can be done with the use of warmer cloths
