Due Date Day 2 Main forum Discuss the necessary elements of an effective program plan from the initial idea through the evaluation stage What elements are essential to all programs What special considerations might be necessary Produce a list that identi es 5 to 10 elements essential to an effective program plan The elements of an effective program plan are very important when collecting data to perform the most important task the evaluation For a program to be effective the elements of reaching the goals sticking to the mission meeting requirements proposing a budget and having a team of thorough evaluators must be kept in mind the entire time It is important for the program creators to keep in mind their goals and objectives they are hoping to reach The goals are more successful when the performance of the program is constantly being evaluated A special consideration to follow is to always keep your evaluations present and up to date When the evaluators ask for your monthly or quarterly reports it is easier to have the information ready instead of having to track down all your records to generate the reports It is important to have someone keeping an eye on the results and keeping them organized for future evaluations Mission Goals Application requirements Budget Evaluation Target population Timelines
