You are the marketing manager for a leading coffee chain Your company has made the decision to expand internationally specifically into China What are some of the environmental factors that you will need to consider in marketing your coffee in China Which of one of these factors would have the largest impact on the company39s marketing strategy Why Demand will play an important role in this case I will compare demand figures of all regions with each other and that area will be selected where supply is lesser than demand In the next step factors like cultural values buying pattern of consumers and market competition will be analyzed Some internal factors such as government policies labor laws competition laws and regulation policies will also be in my mind All these factors will help in determining the price of the product as well In my view customer preferences or buying behavior will have the most impact on the company policy Research should be conducted about the needs and wants of people which will lead to favorable adjustments in the company policy
