What are the different types of buyers and consumers Buyers and consumers are of many types They can be individuals children teenagers or middle aged Similarly they can be males females and even complete families Companies can also be buyers or consumers How does the type of buyer or consumer affect marketing strategy As part of your response consider the characteristics of buyers and the factors that in uence their purchasing decision Marketing is a planned and targeted effort so type of buyer will decide what type of strategy will be used If we want to market female products out target market will be females and the marketing strategy will revolve around targeting them Men can be left out of it as they will not be interested in female stuff How can an organization ensure that their market strategy is appropriate for their target market Surveys can be used to gather information from the customers This can be used to check what their target market thinks of their product and how can it be improved Some companies hire people who watch their advertisement and then give them feedback on a questionnaire regarding the played advertisement In this way the company can improve their advertisement campaign to target the market more effectively
