how the company use employee benefits to draw and keep the best employees Mission and Business Model The Mission Statement of Google is one that does not comprise lot of element that is mostly used to and the 8020 Rule with other things The most effective amenity that the company presents their employees is the free meal program The company trait over 25 snack stall that offer employees lunch and dinner plus many cafe stations throughout the company campus that makes it where you are never more than 200 feet away from food The snack stall has some of the best food stall from around the Bay Area and these stall make some of the best food This amenity mostly helps to keep companies employees working other or more areas as they do not have to leave the companies campus for long hour for lunch or cooking dinner they do not need to leave early Also this has helped with efficiency because the employees do not think that slowness from being starving This has also run to the Google 15 in regards to the 15 pounds people increase in the first year from all the better food At least they do have the workout classes gyms and climbing walls to help with that One of the very effective perks the best method for all established companies I feel something such as the 8020 rule would not work properly like a call center in which it is more of a position of directive driven I think all the companies can see what the Google company has done and look at themselves and take such notice to see where they can take some aspects to must help them make their own companies more want to work for and be reliable to Personally I would like to work at a company and Google that care for their employees with good respect provides openness in Innovation from Google 5 free Food Strategy work and
