The Sample Process The population will consist of former current and possible future customers Surveys will be emailed mailed or telephoned to the previously mentioned population The purpose of the survey is to determine the following 1 How can we increase sales revenue and consumer base 2 Do we need improved or increased focus on customer satisfaction What are our marketing and customer service strategies How can we enhance the Blackberry brand appeal to individuals and professionals What do we need to do to effectively compete with other cellular phone manufacturers What are the company39s future plans to stay on top of technological advances 991 m Each former current and possible future customer will be given a standard explanation of the reason for the survey An example would be BlackB erry values your opinion of our product and our services and would appreciate your time in completing our survey To process the survey our team believes that outsourcing the process by utilizing the services of Innovative Research Inc located in Omaha Nebraska to process the surveys for BlackBerry Inc This will elevate extensive cost of hiring and training personnel purchasing equipment and the cost of labor to email mail or telephone former current and possible future customers Because Innovative Research is a professional service that has experience in conducting surveys for many corporations and processing the information that they receive from the general public the metrics produced can be considered reliable While some of the survey will be received from former and current customers future customer opinions can be obtained from Innovative Research Inc Innovative Research has a number of employees that are paid to test products provide focus groups and give opinions on products Innovative Research employees are paid per project so the cost of a survey would be greatly reduced and reliable information will be received versus most of the information received from general public who may give false or misleading opinions of the BlackBerry products and service or may not give an opinion for the shear fact of not wanting to take the time to participate in a survey
