We have to be 100 percent focused on the task in front of us. We have to section it off so every game we play is the one in front of us. Play it to the fullest and play it to win… The Law of Focus When we focus on what is in front of us, we focus on what we have, not what we don’t have…. When we Focus on doing our tasks with excellence and diligence, we maximize our time. When we maximise our time, we will be promoted to do bigger and better things to do with our time…. The ones that are not faithful with their time can stay stuck in their JOBS or their Business and never reach their potential. Highly successful people are very good with their time… Where Money Comes From Where does money come from? Other People… They are the ones with the money… If they don’t like working with you, they will stay away from you and so does the money. It is not always the products and services that make people happy. It is the relationship we have with them that makes them happy about being our client. How they feel about it is more important than the product itself. People are not loyal to the products, they are loyal to other people… Relationship Marketing Our “product” is People – finding out what they need and giving it to them so they will come back for more and give us referrals… If we want to be wealthy, we have to know how to sell. But Selling is not about trying to get people to like us or buy our products. It is about building relationship and growing our influence… It is about honoring people around us…. It is about making people feel special….. Influence is where sales take place An amateur salesperson focuses on instant gratification. But a professional looks for the long term benefits of a mutually empowered relationship, a situation where both parties feel they have gained and benefited from each other. Fishing For Customers Sales is like fishing…. We have to attract the fish gently and not force them to bite… When we are gentle with people, they want to find out more about what we have to offer… If we lead with our product or service, we show them we only want 1 thing: their money… It makes us look like any other amateur… We limit our effictivness when we approach them like that and so we limit our market! In Relationship sales and Marketing, we lead with the relationship. We find out about their lives, we listen and honor people.
