Personality Types Are Gems by Jean-Francois Gemme | on April 1, 2013 People Personality TypesAre Gems This post is about knowing how to communicate with people based on their Personality Types… According to Dani Johnson, Personality Types Are Gems and the 4 basics “Gems” are: Sapphires, Pearls, Emeralds and Rubies… Everybody is designed and wired a certain way… Most of them fight against their Personality Types. When we understand how we’re designed and how people are designed, we can learn to work together in harmony. To start this study of the Personality Types, let’s think about any Personality Types tests we have taken before… Did they show us how we compare with other people? These tests showed us that there were 4 different Personality Types of person but it never showed us how to use this information help us improve how we deal with other people… That’s what we’re going to learn NOW!!! It’s so powerful that it’ll immediately lower our stress… We are going to have many “HA-HA” moments as we learn how to work in harmony with others instead of trying to change them…. People Personality Types Are Gems When a GEM is discovered it’s ugly and dirty… But throught the refinement process it’s beauty, lustre and worth grow in value… We all have the 4 Gem characteristics in us. Some people have a lot of two and very little of the others… Others have a bit of each one of them, but they lead and communicate in one primary Gem most of the time. Here’s the basics of these 4 Gems: 1. Sapphire: Motivated by fun… They like socializing… 2. Pearl: Motivated by helping other people… All Gems want to help people, but the Pearl wants to help everything and everyone…. and they help in a very singular way! 3. Emerald: Motivated by facts & figures… No gray area for Emeralds…. everything is black and white! 4. Ruby: Motivated by challenges… They have to be first in everything! When we can identify our primary Gem and the primary Gem of the people we’re interacting with, we can figure out how to relate with others and their environment… In the next couple of days, we’ll go throught a series of post about each Gem types… For now, just go ahead and follow today’s daily assignments and make sure to leave your toughts in the comments!
