Depending on the needs from the patient, the certified nursing assistant may provide the most typical care to the patient and this may permit CNAs to develop much more clinical skills along with a deeper knowledge of patient needs. CNAs can't take independent medical decisions and always need to follow the instructions of older medical professionals.
