In another case, when an employee resigned he/she should undergo a proper process. As usual, the management should still be aware when there’s a decrease in the number of employees. And that means, the employee should also be removed in the payroll since he or she is no longer part of the company. When a business grows, it means there would be a need for greater workforce and more budget for all the company’s business process and any venture. Whenever a business expands it also affect the payroll. The tax that they are ought to pay may increase due to the massive assets they have. With all these things mentioned, it’s time for you to make an update in your payroll. Updates are necessary to be done to have a better and anomaly-free payroll.
