SECTION 17 NOTIFICATION OF ADOPTION OF CHANGES OF THE WOBURN ZONING ORDINANCES 1. A separate, conspicuous statement shall be included with property tax bills sent to all property owners in the City of Woburn, stating that notice of any proposed zoning ordinance change under M.G.L. Ch. 40A, Section 5 shall be mailed to any property owner who makes a one time request with the Woburn City Clerk's Office. (Added 12/16/97) 2. Upon filing of an Ordinance to amend the Zoning Map of the City of Woburn, the petitioner shall also prepare and file with the City Clerk a list of persons, certified by the Board of Assessors, listing all “parties in interest” as defined in Section 11 of Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws. The “property line” of the petitioner as used in Section 11 of Chapter 40A shall mean the entire boundary of the property that is subject of the Ordinance. The City Clerk shall give notice of the public hearing by first class mail, postage prepaid to all parties in interest as defined herein, not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the public hearing.
