Audited power systems equipment records and identified repairs and replacements that averted downtime on a 56 unit power generation system with potential daily revenue losses of $100 thousand to $4 million. Solved enclosure side wall tube failure problems for nine duplicate boilers on Florida Power & Light system, preventing unscheduled outages costing $2 million/day/boiler. Locate customers for and negotiate installation of infiniRel PowerBrain technology at manure to biogas/electric power generation sites to improve plant output by up to 14%. Reviewed and revised or rewrote departmental procedures (for Raytheon).
