In financial management I controlled the budget process and reporting of over six billion dollars of expense. - As a Colonel with the California Air National Guard, I led strategic planning, logistics operations, development & training of 350 airmen committed to 48-hour worldwide deployment in support of air rescue and recovery. In this Base Commander role, I had organizational leadership for budget & accounting, human resources/personnel, facilities/civilengineering, security, procurement, telecommunications, supply and mobilization preparedness.
