The Bowles Group-Project Manager Oct 2012-Present Served as the manager of a business process improvement project and a project to improve web-based marketing services thru a website and social media services. Key Achievements Lead the management team to establish the ‘company culture” statement and to assure compliance with primary goals. Lead the management team to define B2B services to be provided to clients and to identify IT support requirements. Downunder Horsemanship-Project Manager April 2011-September 2012 Implemented a multi-channel retail system to handle call-center, POS and web store sales. This was an ERP system including numerous modules for all areas of the typical retail business. During implementation it was determined that the software had significant gaps in functionality that required resolution. The vendor was reluctant to resolve the gaps even though they had originally indicated the missing functionality did exist in the system. Ultimately we resolved all issues and closed all gaps using a combination of in- house solutions and vendor provided functionality. The services provided included project management, business analysis, business process improvement, software development, hardware and software installation and upgrades and network installation. AT&T Wireless-Project Manager-Marketing Department October 2006-January2010 Reported to the Marketing Director of Product Development. 2006-2007 - Project manager for the successful implementation of Ring Back Tones for wireless customers. This project involved integrating Dan Shirey, PMP 1 Dan Shirey, PMP hosted services into the AT&T wireless network and other enterprise systems. Managed additional projects thru various phases until the purchase by AT&T. 2007-2009 - Managed four projects to migrate customers to new systems and decommission systems the old systems. Managed the project for the migration of vendor invoice payment (A/P) from Cellular One to AT&T.
