Melaleuca: 2008 – 2011 (3 Years) Melaleuca, The Wellness Company is a 25-year-old private company with consecutive growth year after year and revenues of over $ 1 Billion. The 9 international subsidiaries are: Europe, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. These international markets represent more than 1/3 of the company’s revenue and customer base. About 900 people are employed in the international subsidiaries. General Manager USANA Japan: 2006 - 2007 (1 ½ year) As Executive Director of International took over as GM when existing GM resigned. Moved to Japan to keep the company going and not loose distributors. Solved quality issues with products, which had resulted in loss of distributors. Hired a management team with MLM experience and built trust in the staff and distributors for the future of USANA in Japan. Launched 2007 with a strong marketing plan and introduction of the new management team. Daily interaction with top leaders. Traveled extensively to 7 cities in Japan to do presentations at their meetings based on their request. FONIX Corporation: 2002 – 2004 (2 years) Fonix is a global leader in natural speech technology software solutions located in Salt Lake City, Boston, Munich, Korea and Japan.
