Max Breschi Bio-127 December 9, 2015 24-Hour Log 1) Take a shower with warm water and soap, using face wash / body wash 2) Brush my teeth with toothpaste 3) Putting on clean clothes / socks to wear for the day 4) Washing hands before eating breakfast 5) Washing hands after using the bathroom with warm water and soap 6) Washing hands before eating lunch 7) Covering my mouth when I cough and covering my nose when I sneeze – using hand sanitizer after I do both 8) Wiping down the exercise machines and weights after I use them 9) Washing my hands after working out 10) Taking a shower after the gym with warm water and soap 11) Brushing my teeth and flossing before going to bed 12) Using the restroom and disposing of my waste correctly 13) Throwing out my garbage in a contained area that will eventually be picked up 14) Using clean water to wash hands, drink, brush my teeth 15) Using cleaned and washed utensils at each meal of the day 16) Using mouth wash throughout the day 17) Eating clean and cooked food at each meal (Bates College Dining) 18) Bates College Dining making sure the temperatures of the food are okay for the students to eat 19) Avoiding kids that have been or are getting sick (No kisses)
