Ad-Lib Sampling Social Behaviors- Tamarin scratches itself with hind legs. One Tamarin groomed himself. Agnostic RE (Retreat)- move at least one body length away from another animal within 1 sec. Jumping Around the other Tamarin, getting close. Communication- Two Tamarins came in close and almost touched each other. Jumped Around each other. Sexual Behavior- None (I believe either the tamarins are two males or two females) Play- Not too much interaction with each other. Grappling, play not really popular between the two. Focused Behavior- none, as stated earlier, I believe these two are supposed to be either two males or two females and not mother and son. Food Assoc. Behaviors- They may not be intimidated by Constantly looking and each other because they never try checking for water. Never to steal food from each other. No any food transfers, meaning rivalry between them, no rank or that the two tamarins may hierarchy. not be as close to each other. Observation time: 2:40P.M.-3:00P.M. Day of Week: Sunday Tempurature: 78 degrees Date: October 11 , 2015 Genus: Leontopithecus Species: L. Rosalia No. Adults: 2 Was unable to tell the difference between adult male and female. No sexual dimorphism.
