(Balance, variety, and moderation) SHOP FOR ORGANIC COLOR VARIETY. 3. Use smaller utensils, eating slower, enjoying every bite, no distractions 4. Meal timing (Eat smaller meals every 3 hours), avoid eating Carbs before bed. Eat at similar times everyday so your body can adjust to your schedule. 5. Monthly Diet Cleansing. 6.
