1/11/16 Computer Programming-C Language CSE 1233 Intro Why C Language? It is the base for most popular programming languages. Languages C and C++ are most widely used by programmers. (27.6% to be exact) Once you learn C it is easy to pick up other languages. Used to develop specific scientific and engineering applications. Note: One of my favorite programs to use for this class is Code::Blocks. It’s easy and simple to understand. Looks something like this…. This is what a simple program looks like… 1/11/16 Now everything has a name and a specific purpose. Header Files Main Function Program Statements Delimiters The Header File tells the program what type of functions your about to do. There will be others that will help you do different equations and such. The Main Function helps tell the software your about to start a function/program. Delimiters are like indicators that tell the program where the function starts and ends. The Program statement is what exactly you want the program to do. This is the output of this program. . .
