We can conclude that there is no statistically relevant difference in size worm size between the samples. Sample one was smaller than our initial sampling, while sample two was larger. Discrepancies could be from the person taking the worms for sampling being more inclined to see larger worms, or worms that had already been marked who stood out from their surroundings. The latter seems likely as in the initial marking roughly one in three worms were marked, while in the second sampling over half of the worms found were marked. This may also be because the person doing the sampling changed between the first and the second.
