• Those who respond with emotion • People who are shy are more sensitive; partially due to genetic makeup • For some ppl, patterns of behavior become self defeating • Those that become criminals are impulsive and have aspd and less intelligent; socially inapropro • Dsm v includes different specifiers; callous unemotional presentation -  don’t feel bad about what they’ve done • All of those who are impulsive and less intelligent are less likely to have successful adult lives • Don't see a reason to change   • Borderline ◦ Will seek help but they want someone to take care of them ◦ Pattern of behaviors, this is a way ppl use to feel something ◦ May kill themselves without wanting to be dead • Bipolar - 40% with borderline have; but not a universal thing
