Section 3: What is spatial? Spatial refers to the nature and character of physical  space, its measurement and distribution of thing  within. Five themes of Geographic Science  Location  Place  Region  Movement  Human­Earth Relationships   There is a graph show the Continuum in the  book (Figure 1.2) Section 4: Why Study the Geography? (In general) Geographers have a desire to explore and understand  the world. Holistic nature of Geography enables us to study our  biggest challenges.  Examples: Climate change, loss of biodiversity… etc
