Monday, August 22 2016 Communication 435: Advanced interpersonal Communication Class held on Compass: Syllabus  cmd=view&content_id=_2174042_1&course_id=_26436_1 Goal: To learn about communication within relationships (romantic, family, friendships) Two goals: 1. Make some connection between this class and other classes 2. A bit of application – relationships are important, things you learn in this class should benefit your relationships. How does things you learn in this class fit into real life examples. Readings: No text book, readings are posted to compass Notes in class: - Slides available online – very bare-boned because the class is going to be super interactive. o ent/file? cmd=view&content_id=_2175388_1&course_id=_26436_1 - Can take notes any way you want. Can write or use computer. - Mostly interactive – talk a ton about the readings, always want your opinion on what you read and what you talked about.
