I also was trained as a cashier by taking orders and trained in line able to make food or any drinks. Within my 2 years here, I got promoted to be a certified trainer and trained the new workers in various aspects of the job. DUQUESNE UNIVERSITY STUDENT UNION, Pittsburgh, PA Student Desk Aide, Aug. 2014- May 2016  Worked as a Student Desk Aide and was responsible for answering general phone calls to the campus and transferring calls to the right department. I also directed people to the right building they were looking for and I would set up/ tear down equipment needed for various events that partook in the building.
