Ben:   ● provides social events as well as benefits   ● Has good relationships with workers   ● Avoids layoffs when possible  ● Does not provide guidance or objective/ goals for supervisors      Phil:   ● Cuts activities   ● No empathy or personal relationship with workers   ● Cuts important programs such as regular maintenance for machines  ● Fires employees rather than finding solution      Reflection    Ben was too extreme on the relations behaviors and due to him not delegating, enforcing  goals, and setting objectives. Phil on the other hand was too extreme with task behaviors and  so drove off his staff, creating a demanding robotic environment with no feedback from his  supervisors­ his attitudes was basicly “it's my way or the highway”      Ben: people are happy yet not getting the job done.  Phil: People are unhappy, yet tasks are being completed   Short term performances­ ​  Phil  Long term performances​­ Ben
