Sarah Pozzi  Beacon College  ENG 1101 College Composition  9/10/16 My Life Story When I was five years old I couldn’t speak in full sentences. For example, when I  wanted a glass of chocolate milk, all I could do was point and say ‘milk’ or ‘chocolate’.  My parents were worried that I wasn’t speaking properly so they decided to take me to  the doctor to find out what was wrong with me. They ended up taking me to three  different doctors who gave three different diagnoses. First, Doctor said that I won’t be  able to talk or pass 4  grade, Second doctor said that I had a processing problem and a  touch of Autism, and the third doctor said I had severe speech delay and I had ADHD. My Last years in high school as a senior was the hardest time of my life I had to  work everyday I pushed myself to the limit to get my work done, get test done, talk to the teachers every week to make sure all ok “And It worked. I am here. I am at college.” So,   I had this teacher her name was Mrs. Porter she was making it very difficult for me to  pass her class. She wouldn’t meet me, she wouldn’t give me any help she would say “ If  anyone else is doing something like taking a test, or they need my help  they are first to  be helped,” she wouldn’t give me teacher notes, and she wouldn’t give me answers. But  that didn’t stop me from being able to graduate so what I did was work, my stress level  was extremely high, mom pushing me to the limit and I just can’t go any farther,  I  thought I wasn’t good enough to graduate. I found my strength that I never ever give up  and I am dedicated when I put my mind to it I am very stubborn.  Sarah Pozzi 8/27/16 College Composition In the Venetian Gardens-Leesburg, FL I can feel the heat of the painted brown bench I am sitting on and the hardness of the concrete under my feet. In front of me is the sparkling lake, and there are many green bushes in front of it. I can hear the squeaking of a group of birds that are big, tall, with white feathers, with long orange beak, and 2 small bedded eyes. I can smell the salty air. Turning to the left I see the Leesburg Boating Club, which is a brown building with boats behind it and a chain link fence on the side of it. By turning a little bit more to the left there is a big parking lot with multiple colors of cars. There is also a tree in front of the Parking lot it is tall, with green leaves. Turning more to the left there is a brown painted bench, there is also a cabana with 2 picnic brown tables, and 2 black grills. And then back in front of the sparkling lake. In conclusion, these are the reasons why you should go visit The Venetian Gardens In Leesburg, Flordia. To see te=he sparkling lake, see the birds squeaking and talking to each other, see and watch the boats go by from the Leesburg boating Club.
