Aerobic: increase heart & respiration rate (running)  2. Anaerobic: stationary w/o increase in oxygen (weightlifting)    ● Research = exercising x3 per week increase physiological growth in brain  ○ neurogenesis ­ new growth in brain cells (exercise increase)   ○ Phys. activity ­ veins increase with stimulation of neurogenesis   ■ Increases oxygen intake through blood vessels   ■ Increase strength of frontal lobe  ● Counter Cultural Change  ○ Activity to promotion   ■ Decrease brain injury symptoms  ○ Start integrating basic health needs in life
