Opening scene lol talk more normal than I’ve written up Ks: hey Kaliaaaaaaaa, I hear you’re majoring in IT&S. Why on earth would you choose that over my degree, CS? Kh: well, bc I don’t wish death upon me… Ks: I’m sure ITS isn’t that great, what’s it like majoring in ITS???????? Kh: Welllllllllllllll, me and some fellow ITS majors will tell you (that's people who aren't here but want to contribute to the video) S2, IT’S Well Taught Kh: Well for starters, it’s taught in the best school on campus, The Jindal School of Management. JSOM has some of the best and most helpful faculty around. And that associate’s dean Marilyn Kaplan is great! Kh: not only that, but the degree plan is extremely well crafted, but also manageable. programming classed as well as business ones! It really molds you into a great business professional!!!!!!((((::::: Kh: you get to take classes such as professional development and Business communication in addition to ITS courses so the skills you acquire are applicable to working in IT and also dealing with any typical business situations!!!!(((LLL((((LL: Ks: So you mean you'll be extremely prepared to handle the business AND technologic world?! I'm so jealous (((((': ks: my CS degree plan is filled with calculus, physics, and computer science classes! I wish CS had as much diversity as the ITS degree plan does): Kh: You poor thing Ks: sure sure, but I still don't know exactly what ITS majors do??? Kh: Welllllllllllllll... S3, IT'S Diverse Kh: ITS as a career has many applications from programming to business intelligence. Kh: bc ITS professionals are businessoriented AND technologyproficient individuals with knowledge in basic programming you can work in work in industries such as banking, finance, telecommunications, manufacturing, healthcare, and transportation. Ks: So what you're saying is ITS focuses more on the practical applications of computers in a work environment than Computer Science does? Kh: sure am! ITS majors take computer technology and put it to use in commercial environments Ks: So when I'm sitting at a cubicle coding in a workplace filled with guys and lacking a decent amount of sleep, you're out there using the resources I dug up to your advantage?!?!?!!?!?! Kh: Pretty much Ks: I see, well, what are some possible jobs for ITS majors? Kh: Welllllllllllllllll... ((((:(:(:(:(: S4, IT depends KYLE WALDO PLEASE TALK ABOUT A JOB AND BASH CS AS MUCH AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN jokingly(: Ks: I think it's time to reconsider my major. THE END (?????????) Maybe consider adding just random facts at the end idk, if someone who hasn’t contributed wants to… that’d be great.
