Your answer should be 79.25 cm  Area: number of units it takes to cover a 2-dimensional surface {length * width}  Perimeter: length of boundary of a 2-dimensional figure {add up all sides} 6in 12in 9i 8in n Area: l*w= 54 inches squared Area: l*w= 96inches squared Perimeter: 9+9+6+6= 30inches Perimeter:12+12+8+8= 40 inches
