Did walking meditation with the class, walked outside for 15 minutes. Every 5 minutes read one of the passages handed out and just look around and observe your surroundings. Be mindful of walking, walk your own pace, don’t walk anywhere in particular. See if you can follow your breath. ____________________________________________________________________________ Second class period this week we had off, but met in our groups for the presentation coming up. ____________________________________________________________________________ Talking about Brussels attacks. Meditation on how the victims must have felt and their families. How people live in uncertainty wether their loved ones are safe or not. But also think about the terrorists who blew them selves up. What were they thinking. Did they have regret? were they scared? Next talked about how that meditation made us feel and if we could assign any of the 12 precepts of buddhism to the Brussels attacks.
