The variables in thisdata set are (in order)subject hfair sfair sfast srest genderThe variable sfair contains the responses described in the example concerningsafety of food served at outdoor fairs and festivals. The variable srest containsresponses to the same question asked about food served in restaurants. Thevariable gender contains F if the respondent is a woman, M if he is a man.
