Amperage, Wattage, and Voltage Suppose that for an electric heater, voltage is given by V = a sin 2pvt and amperage by I = b sin 2pvt, where t is time in seconds. (a) Find the period of the graph for the voltage. (b) Show that the graph of the wattage W = VI has half the period of the voltage.
