(a) After examining the Ka values in Table 15.5, estimate Ka2 for H3PO3(aq) and calculate the pH of a 0.10 M solution of Na2HPO3(aq). (b) The structure of H3PO3 is given in Figure 15.5. Explain why H3PO4(aq) is a triprotic acid, but H3PO3(aq) is only a diprotic acid.
