Chapter 17, Problem 16-15

(choose chapter or problem)

The disk starts from rest and is given an angular acceleration \(\alpha=\left(5 t^{1 / 2}\right) \mathrm{rad} / \mathrm{s}^2\), where t is in seconds. Determine the magnitudes of the normal and tangential components of acceleration of a point P on the rim of the disk when \(t=2 \mathrm{~s}\).
