16-79. The differential drum operates in such a manner that the rope is unwound from the small drum B and wound up on the large drum A. If the radii of the large and small drums are R and r, respectively, and for the pulley it is (R +/)/2, determine the speed at which the bucket C rises if the man rotates the handle with a constant angular velocity of io. Neglect the thickness of the rope.
