Gears A and B of mass \(10 \mathrm{~kg}\) and \(50 \mathrm{~kg}\) have radii of gyration about their respective mass centers of \(k_A=80 \mathrm{~mm}\) and \(k_B=150 \mathrm{~mm}\). If gear A is subjected to the couple moment \(M=10 \mathrm{~N} \cdot \mathrm{m}\) when it is at rest, determine the angular velocity of gear B when \(t=5 \mathrm{~s}\).
