The formula of the ionic compound is CuClO3

(b) potassium permanganate

Here, K+ is potassium

[MnO4]- is a complex anion

Therefore, the formula of potassium permanganate is KMnO4

(c) lead(II) chromate

It is anionic complex ion. So the name of the metal atom ends with “ate”. The oxidation state of Pb is 2+ which is written as Roman paranthas.

Here, Pb2+ is Lead.

[CrO4]2- is a complex anion

Therefore, the formula of lead(II) chromate is PbCrO4

(d) calcium fluoride

Here, Ca2+ is calcium

F- is fluoride.

The formula of calcium fluoride is CaF2

(e) iron(II) phosphate

It is an cationic complex having PO43- 

Therefore, the formula of iron(II) phosphate is Fe3(PO4)2
