Here, we are going to explain the Lewis structure for each compound containing ionic and covalent bond.

KOH

KOH contains both the ionic (K-O) and covalent (O-H) bond. K-O is ionic due to the difference in large electronegativity between K and O (3.5-0.9 = 2.6).An O-H bond can ionize in some cases. There is already a negative charge on oxygen in OH. So it is more difficult to put a second negative charge on the oxygen by ionizing the O-H bond as well.

The Lewis structure for KOH is given below,

Valence electron of K = 1

Valence electron for O = 6

Valence electron for H =1

KOH------> K+ + OH-

(b) KNO3

KNO3 contains both the ionic (K-O) and covalent (O-N) bond. K-O is ionic due to the difference in large electronegativity between K and O (3.5-0.9 = 2.6) whereas NO3 is polyatomic anion having N-O covalent bond by sharing of electrons between them.
