Adenine (A) and guanine (G) are purine bases. Structure formation is possible by two atoms obtained from each ring containing nitrogen and six atoms in a ring containing nitrogen and five other atoms. Thymine (T) and cytosine (C) are pyrimidine bases in which a ring containing nitrogen with six atoms is accountable for its formation.
