Here we have to find the direction of the induced emf for the two given conditions.

The loop in the left hand side of the current carrying wire is moving in the vertical direction.

The magnetic field is constant along the direction of motion of the loop.

As, the rate of change of magnetic flux is zero, there will not be any induced current in the loop.
